hoch-feiner Etna Rosato aus Sizilien

Der Etna rosato wird aus Nerello Mascalese erzeugt und hat eine zarte Lachsfarbe wie ein feiner Côte de Provence. 

salzig-mineralischer Rosé mit feiner Säurespannung

Suckling 92 | Blasse bis mittlere lachsfarbene Tönung. Deutlich würzige Nase mit gegrillten Kräutern, Seetang, Mineralien und Grapefruit. Der geschmeidige Auftakt am Gaumen wird von einer frischen, natürlich hohen Säure unterstützt, die dem strukturierten, mittelkräftigen Gaumen eine appetitliche, mineralische Anziehungskraft verleiht.
